Everyone starts in a pace line. The distance between people should be no more than about 4 feet. The person in front laps the pack, passing the pace line on the outside, and races the next person at the front of the line to the back of the pace line. First person to get to the back of the pace line wins. Repeat until everyone has lapped the pack and raced to the back of the pace line.
Variation: Add weaving through the pace line. Tighten up the line so that weaving is harder. Add pushes or whips to assist the person lapping the pack. Add blocks to challenge the person lapping the pack. Reverse the direction around the track.
