Everyone starts in a pace line with the slowest person in the front and in speed order to the fastest person in the back. The person in the front does 3 laps at their sprinting pace and then drops off; the next person leads 3 laps at their sprinting pace and so on until the last person sprints 3 laps by themselves. The sprint pace increases as faster people move to the lead of the pace line, with faster people in the back doing more endurance laps, these should be the jammers in the back. Once a person drops off, that person will skate outside the track until the fastest person has completed their last 3 laps.
Variation: Increase or decrease the number of laps to change the level of endurance. Form the pace line with the fastest person in the front and the slowest person in the back.
