Duration: 10-15 minutes
Everyone starts in a pace line with the slowest person in the front and in speed order to the fastest person in the back. Each person leads the pace line for 4 laps, at their moderate pace. After completing their lead laps the leader drops to the back of the line. The pace line speed increases as each faster person leads the line.
Variation: Vary the number of laps each person leads.
