Breakaway Pace Line (with or without falls)

Group Size: Everyone​

Skill Level: All​

Improves: Speed, Falls, Endurance​

Equipment: Whistle​ Duration: 10-20 minutes Everyone starts in a pace line. At the whistle, one person breaks off the front of the line and sprints the track and catches back up to the back of the line. To make harder: add second whistle. On the second whistle, the person does all four falls, gets up quick and continues breakaway. At the same time another person breaks from the front and waits for their second whistle

Variations: Change falls for jumping over strategic obstacles.
