Featured Drill: Duck, Duck, Block

Improves: Blocking, Control and Slowing Down, Timing

Duration: 20-30 minutes

Start off in a paceline.

Skater at back of line goes to the front passing each player (saying duck, duck etc. or not). Once the skater reaches a player they want to engage, they block that player.

Both skaters go to the front of the line and block eachother until one skater "looses" by being pushed out of bounds, or falling down. The winning skater continues around the track and back to the front of the line.

The loosing skater is now "it."

To speed up process, have someone blow a whistle and have multiple teams of players going one after another.
